Brain Tumour Support NZ has recently launched “Brain Boxes” - a pioneering initiative to support brain tumour patients and their families in Aotearoa New Zealand.

The brain box contains a number of essential goodies to support Kiwi patients and their carers, including a set of Patient Guides to help navigate the brain tumour journey, information about the support offered, and a whole bunch of nice things to let people know that they are not alone, right down to a box of tea and a packet of biscuits to have while digesting all this new information.

At Brain Tumour Support NZ, we understand how devastating the diagnosis of a brain tumour can be. The stress of an uncertain future, endless doctors appointments, changing roles at work and at home. It is important for patients and their loved ones to know that they don’t have to face these pressures alone. We hope that our brain boxes will not only provide a moment of comfort, but offer people a source of information and support so that they are better prepared to deal with their situation.

Brain boxes are available free to brain tumour patients or their carers anywhere in New Zealand. To request one, click on the button below.
